Terms and Conditions

  1. Promoter. Somada Pty Ltd, ABN 57 689 203 129 (“Promoter”).
  2. Eligibility. Open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible.
  3. Promotion period. Entries open at 9:00am AEST on 18 May 2026 and close at 11:59pm AEST on 1 June 2026.
  4. How to enter. Visit somada.com.au/giveaway and submit a valid entry via the form (first name, email address, and marketing consent). No purchase is necessary. One entry per email address.
  5. Prize. Three (3) winners. Each winner receives a two-month supply of Somada product of their choice — Organic Iron Blend Capsules, Organic Beef Liver Capsules, or a split between the two. Total prize pool valued at approximately AU$354.
  6. Draw. A random draw will be conducted from all valid entries on 5 June 2026 and recorded on camera.
  7. Winner notification. Winners will be contacted via the email address provided within three (3) business days of the draw. If a winner does not respond within seven (7) days, the prize will be redrawn from remaining valid entries.
  8. Promotion type. This is a free-entry trade promotion. No purchase is required to enter or win.
  9. Privacy. Personal information collected will be handled in accordance with Somada’s Privacy Policy (somada.com.au/policies/privacy-policy). Entrants who provide marketing consent will receive ongoing marketing communications and may unsubscribe at any time.
  10. General. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entry that does not comply with these conditions.
