I know the nutritional case for liver, but I know I'm never going to cook it. These capsules solve that problem without any fuss.

The top-up
When you just need a little. Capsules can be opened into food — for children, use your own judgement.
That looks like a lot because the daily reference for B12 is measured in micrograms. B12 is water-soluble, and the Nutrient Reference Values set no upper limit for it — the body takes up what it needs and passes the rest.
Take with meals, whenever suits your routine. If you're pregnant, breastfeeding or managing a health condition, talk with your health practitioner about the serve that's right for you — liver is rich in vitamin A, which matters in pregnancy.

FAQs
What exactly is in the capsules?
One ingredient: certified organic, grass-fed and finished Australian beef liver, freeze-dried and milled. The capsule itself is gelatine. There are no fillers, flow agents, colours or flavours — the full nutrition panel is published above, including both serve sizes.
Why liver?
Gram for gram, liver is one of the most nutrient-dense foods there is — it's where the body's B12, folate, vitamin A and copper are stored. A 3 g serve carries 611% RDI of B12 and 48% RDI of folate, as food, with nothing synthetic added.
How is this different from a multivitamin?
It's food, not a formulation. Every nutrient arrives in its wholefood matrix, in the forms and ratios liver naturally carries — not isolated compounds pressed into a tablet. We make no therapeutic claims: this is a nutrient-dense food, and the panel tells you exactly what a serve contains.
How many capsules should I take?
Three serves. 6 capsules is the full serve, and where most people land. 4 capsules is the everyday middle. 2 capsules is a top-up. Capsules can be opened into food. One pack is 180 capsules — a month at the full serve, longer at the smaller ones.
Is it safe during pregnancy or for kids?
It's a food, and liver has been on family tables for a long time — but liver is rich in vitamin A, and pregnancy changes vitamin A considerations, so please talk with your midwife, GP or practitioner first. For children, the 2-capsule serve opened into food may be appropriate at parental discretion.
What does it taste like?
In capsules: next to nothing. Opened into food: mildly meaty, a faint broth note — it disappears into bolognese, mince and stews.
