How soon will you reply?
Usually within one business day, often sooner. We're a small Australian team and we read every message ourselves — nothing goes to a bot.
Where's my order?
We dispatch within 24 hours, with free shipping Australia-wide, and email you tracking the moment it's on its way. If it hasn't arrived when you expected, send us your order number and we'll chase it.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Send us a note straight away with your order number. We dispatch quickly, so the sooner you reach us the better — if it's already on its way, we'll sort it on the returns side instead.
How do returns and refunds work?
You have 60 days from delivery to change your mind. If a blend isn't for you, get in touch and we'll sort a refund — no need to send an opened pack back. Full details, including multi-pack orders, are on our returns policy.
Do you ship outside Australia?
Yes, we currently ship to New Zealand also. If you're overseas and keen, send us a note.
