How soon will you reply?
Usually within one business day, often sooner. We're a small Australian team and we read every message ourselves. Nothing goes to a bot.
Where's my order?
We dispatch within 24 hours, with free shipping Australia-wide, and email you tracking the moment it's on its way. If it hasn't arrived when you expected, send us your order number and we'll chase it.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Send us a note straight away with your order number. We dispatch quickly, so the sooner you reach us the better. If it's already on its way, we'll sort it on the returns side instead.
How do returns and refunds work?
You have 60 days from delivery to change your mind. If a blend isn't for you, get in touch and we'll sort a refund. No need to send an opened pack back. Full details, including multi-pack orders, are on our returns policy.
Do you ship outside Australia?
Yes, we currently ship to New Zealand also. If you're overseas and keen, send us a note.
Do you sell wholesale, or stock in stores?
