SOMADA SHIPPING POLICY
(Australia and New Zealand)

Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. During busy periods or product launches, processing times may extend by an additional day.
Orders are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping within Australia
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Express Shipping (Currently not available): 1–3 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays or seasonal impacts.

Shipping to New Zealand
Standard Shipping: 5–12 business days
Customs processing may add additional time. Any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
A free shipping threshold may apply and will be clearly displayed on the website when available.

Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect address information
Please double-check your address details at checkout.
If an address error is identified after your order is placed, contact us as soon as possible at hello@somada.com.au
If the order has already been shipped, Somada is not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect address details.

Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel is significantly delayed or shows as delivered but cannot be located, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.
Investigations may take several business days.
Replacements or refunds will be assessed case by case.

Damaged Items During Transit
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with clear photos of the product and packaging.
We will organise a replacement or alternative resolution in line with Australian Consumer Law and the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.

International Shipping
Outside Australia and New Zealand, international shipping is not currently available.
